I've heard for years that gut health is important, but mostly from MLM companies that spew information without real science behind it. I've tried researching it but what I've found has been vague, or too technical so I give up. I've had more and more health issues in the last couple of years though, one being ulcer symptoms with no findings after an endoscopy. No one can tell me why I have pain, or other health issues. This book though really breaks down the root to problems, and is so relatable. She shares her personal stories so you can relate to her path on finding proper gut health. I love the examples of prebiotic foods, useful herbs, and best of all the 4-week reset plan. No more guessing on how to heal my gut, I feel like I have someone helping me through it and teaching me the importance along the way without a hidden agenda.
