I can’t wait for the third book to come out. I don’t know when it will be but, this would make a great movie, wish Hollywood we get off his dead ass all these sorry ass equals. Reimaginigs? Reboots? The best answer: all of the above. You would think that would be a bad thing. Trying to make it work and make sense is the literary equivalent of a juggling act while standing of a wobbly chair. But the author pulls it off beautifully. Normally not a fan of cliffhanger endings but it doesn't really feel like a cliffhanger. Just the ending of a chapter. It promises to take the story in a exciting new direction. This is the 2nd of 3 books of the author's reimagining of the Jules Verne Classic Mysterious Island. If you read the first book and liked it then you have to read this one. Vikings, dragons, dinosaur's and so much more. I won't go on a long rant here. It is just a fun and fast paced book that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. I am really looking forward to how this story plays out in the 3rd book (whenever that comes out)!
